  Me and my family have been with Busey for over 15 years, and still would be with them if we could. Sadly, we have moved away from the nearest Busey location and were forced to open accounts elsewhere. Busey has always been a professional and reliable bank where we can trust our funds. Never have we had any unreasonable fees or any problems. The security both online and in person has never been intrusive, and everyone at the bank has been extremely nice, to the point it would exceed expectations, and you will walk out talking about how overly nice they are. And unlike what other google reviews would have you believing, that includes brad, the branch manager. Personally, I think that review was based purely off of irresponsibility and hid or her inability to manage funds, and from what I read, might not even be entirely accurate. If you are thinking about opening an account with Busey, I don't see a reason not to. When we did, Brad was extremely nice and went through everything you needed to know, printed debit cards on site, and with the long terms of service that no one reads, gave you a briefing without request so that you know what you are signing and have no fears that makes it feel like your signing your life away. Overall, 10/10 bank, would recommend.
